I am 43 years of age and suffered a range of health problems during last ten years and I now know that I have severe intolerance to gluten and dairy products. I was not always like this and it has taken me 10 years to find out why I felt so ill. I’ll try to explain to you what is the cause of my health problems in hope to help others suffering.
